Objectives

2. Understand the benefits of renovations under the LEED BD+C V4 Homes (and Residential v4.1) Materials and Resources Environmentally Preferable Products.
3. Articulate how durability features and moisture management can be a challenge and opportunity under LEED BD+C V4 Homes (and Residential v4.1) Materials and Resources Durability Management.
4. Analyze the additional sustainability goals needed to improve. Occupant health, safety, and welfare in housing renovations and determine the best, most cost-effective approaches.
