School Research Highlight: VOCs

The School Health Research Highlight Series is designed to support school staff and leaders in accessing key findings and actionable strategies related to the impact of school buildings on student and staff health and performance. This series accompanies the School Health Research Library, a collection of peer-reviewed scientific studies published since 2016 from around the world on topics in schools ranging from lighting and acoustics to ventilation and air pollutants.

In the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) research highlight, you will find new research from the U.S. and around the world on the impacts of VOCs on health and learning, potential sources in school settings, and key strategies to mitigate exposure. Learn more through this short and informative resource.
