Zala 1 Office Building

Z1| Za?? 1 is a high-class office building centrally located in Latvia’s capital, R?ga. The building offers a small number of customisable offices, a modern interior design, and integrated technologies. The former A.G. R?tenbergs Tobacco Factory was built in 1899, and many years later it was totally reconstructed into a five-floor Class-A office building Z1| Za?? 1 with total office space of 3,600 m2.

During the renovation, particular attention was devoted to the quality of the building materials and to the building technologies that ensured greater comfort and commensurate utility fees. The work was finished in 2010. Flexible and fully finished offices can be outfitted quickly and effectively according to specific business needs. The building is linked to an underground car park for 170 vehicles. 25 additional parking places are available in the courtyard. 24/7 security services are available in the lobby of the building.

The A class office building in 2016 has received Gold certification according to the international LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) programme for Existing Buildings. The certification authenticates the sustainability of the building.
