Business Garden Poznan Building 4

Business Garden Poznan is a modern business park, which after completion of the second phase will comprise nine class A office buildings with a planned lettable area of approximately 88,000 square meters. The complex is surrounded with expansive green areas and a wide range of additional amenities. The four buildings which form the first phase of the project, with a leasable area of 42,000 square meters, have been awarded LEED Platinum certification. It is one of the first projects in Poland located outside the city centre, which has received the highest certification level. Points obtained have mainly been awarded for the high standard of buildings and solutions reducing energy and water consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and quantities of produced waste, as well as actions committed to achieving high-quality work environments.
