Brama Portowa I

Brama Portowa is a complex of two independent buildings featuring a total of 12,900 square meters of modern office and retail space in the centre of Szczecin. The implementation of a number of solutions which ensure high standards of the working environment and ration energy consumption guaranteed Brama Portowa I the LEED Gold certification. It is the first commercial building in Szczecin to have successfully completed certification. Among environmentally friendly solutions used, particular attention was paid to an innovative and energy saving ventilation system which supplies fresh air at rates exceeding standards by 30 percent. Furthermore, a large number of openable windows ensures optimum access to daylight and fresh air. Due to a comprehensive waste segregation system, more than 60 percent of waste generated by tenants is recycled. During the construction process, it was possible to recover more than 50 percent of construction waste.
