BG Wroclaw Building 7

Business Garden Wroclaw is located on Legnicka Street in Wroclaw. Ultimately, the complex will consist of nine multifunctional buildings with a total leasable area of 117,000 square meters. Office space has been designed to accommodate individual needs of tenants with optimal exposure to daylight and easy space adaptation options. The office buildings are surrounded by an extensive garden with work zones and relaxation areas including basketball and beach volleyball courts. In addition to the restaurant's pavilion located in the garden, the complex will provide a number of additional amenities for tenants. The three buildings which form the first phase of the development of the site have been awarded LEED Platinum certification. One of the main sustainability efforts within the project has been the planning of green areas. The green spaces have been designed across the site with the purpose of encouraging occupants to spend time outdoors. Other key aims included ensuring high levels of energy efficiency through effective building services systems and a high efficiency façade, and minimizing water use associated with the development.
