Shashi Rekha Nocera

I am a Registered Architect in New York State and a LEED AP, BC+C. I have worked for over 15 years in this area and shared responsibilities in over 150 projects in the duration of my career here. I have worked in developing design documents and assisted in master planning efforts for higher education institutions and healthcare facilities in New York State.
Presently I am working on multi-family housing for affordable and market rate that includes adaptive reuse and new construction.
I wish to explore the field of design and construction to the extent possible and have an opportunity to create, preserve and develop the built environment for the present and future generations. I like to work on projects that revitalize local communities and make it a better place for the existing and future population.
