Sabine Rogers is Federal Policy Project Manager at the U.S. Green Building Council. Prior to joining USGBC, Sabine was Senior Manager of Government & Regulatory Affairs at AnnDyl Policy Group, overseeing legislative, regulatory, and advocacy efforts on behalf of clients in the energy efficiency and building performance industries. She has co-authored reports including Building a Sustainable Residential Infrastructure (2022), Residential Grid-Interactive Technology and Policy (2019), and From Paper to Practice: Assembling a Rights-Based Conservation Approach (2020). Sabine holds a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from Mount Holyoke College.
