Andrew joined USGBC in March 2023 as a State Policy Project Manager. Prior to USGBC, Andrew worked on the Policy team at E4TheFuture, an energy efficiency advocacy organization based in Massachusetts. He holds a MS in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School and a BS in Environmental Studies from Colby-Sawyer College.
