QTPi
QTPi guides architects, developers, builders, subcontractors and verifiers through the highest quality consulting, performance testing and verification of sustainable construction projects. QTPi is service oriented, believing in putting the needs of others first, in business and as a personal practice.
QTPi is the brainchild of several tradespersons, turned sustainability nerds. Some of them became verifiers of numerous green building programs, including LEED for Homes, Phius, Enterprise Green Communities (EGC), National Green Building Standard (NGBS), Energy Star, Zero Energy Ready Homes and more. QTPi being a LEED Residential Provider and HERS QA Provider, has mentored dozens of verifiers all of the US. QTPi currently has partners in all areas of the US, capable of servicing any sustainable or green construction project. QTPi is most proud of the work done to build our verifiers, builders, subcontractors and other project team members into the most informed and capable team member they can be.
